Those of you who have very little experience with fasting, please know that you should not do something like this without much preparation. We feel you need to be warned about not doing this fast, especially if you do not feel led by the Lord to do it and if you have never fasted before, or have not fasted for long periods of time previously. This could be very DANGEROUS if you have not prepared yourself for it. It's like running a marathon and not training first.
